Bio
Kenneth is an applied microeconomist in the economics department at the University of South Florida. His fields of study are public sector and urban economics, with current research on education, housing, neighborhood quality, and crime. His work has appeared in the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy and Real Estate Economics, and is supported by the Russell Sage Foundation, Arnold Ventures, and the Institute for Research on Poverty. He obtained a Ph.D. in economics from Clemson University, and is a graduate of the Florida A&M School of Business and Industry.
