At ϳԹ, a mechanical engineering student followed her father’s path — and built her own
Mechanical engineering graduate Sara Arroyave Soto followed in her father’s footsteps at ϳԹ, even studying under some of the same professors and using his annotated textbooks as she earned her degree. Blending that legacy with her own vision, she is conducting aerospace research focused on cleaner, more energy‑efficient aircraft and plans to continue her journey at ϳԹ with doctoral studies in aerospace engineering.

ϳԹ graduate Chase Cooper turned a lifelong passion for football into a front-office role with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, working on the business side to drive revenue and enhance the fan experience. With dual master’s degrees from ϳԹ’s Vinik Sport & Entertainment Management Program, Cooper now analyzes data across sales, marketing and partnerships to help shape how fans engage with the team.

ϳԹ graduates celebrate unwavering support, resiliency during fall commencement
Nearly 4,000 degrees were conferred during this fall’s commencement. The group, which represented 93 countries, 42 states and 11 U.S. territories, included 47 undergraduate students earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average and 107 military veterans. All now share a common theme – they are ϳԹ alumni.
