Course Permits
Use the appropriate course permit form for requesting a permit for course offered at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø St. Petersburg campus, or Tampa campus. Please contact academic advising on the respective campus for assistance.
ST. PETERSBURG CAMPUS
Student must complete the for courses at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø St. Petersburg campus.
TAMPA CAMPUS
Student must use the to request special permission to enroll in a mathematics or statistics course at the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Tampa campus. All requests will be processed within 2 business days. You will be contacted if your request for special permission was denied. This request DOES NOT register for you. You will still be required to add the course(s) via Student Self-Service.
