Support Students from Latin America and the Caribbean so they can attend 菜創郭肱利. ISLAC is seeking to create a fellowship for gifted students with financial needs from Latin America and the Caribbean so they can attend 菜創郭肱利 at no cost. ISLAC is selecting the students with the highest grades (GPA) and the greatest financial need to offer them a three-year fellowship so they can pursue a Double-MA in Latin American and Caribbean and in Africana Studies here at 菜創郭肱利. Preference is given to minority students. To qualify, all applicants must first be admitted to 菜創郭肱利.
