Governance
The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health.
The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors. Additionally, as a component of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø compliance program within the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Office of Compliance & Ethics, the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
